TUESDAY  – This morning following breakfast, we travel to Glasgow Science Centre, where we board the world's last seagoing paddle steamer 'WAVERLEY' for a cruise to Loch Fyne.

Step aboard the famous Waverley – The World’s last seagoing paddle steamer – and experience the sight, sound and thrill of travelling on this magnificent steamship. Hear the telegraph ring and watch the mighty steam engine start to drive the ship’s massive paddle wheels, view the stunning coastline, smell the aroma of hot oil and steam, visit new places, recapture happy memories and don’t forget to visit the Souvenir Shop and purchase an exclusive memento of your cruise aboard this magnificent survivor of the steam age. Paddle steamer Waverley is registered on The National Historic Fleet as being a vessel of pre-eminent national significance. She has operated in preservation since 1975 and become a “national treasure” carrying over 6 million passengers. Waverley is the sole survivor and has become an icon in her own lifetime.

Late afternoon, we sail into Tarbert on the shores of Loch Fyne, where we disembark and our 'exclusive' luxury vehicle awaits to transfer us by road to Inveraray and the 4* Loch Fyne Hotel & Spa, where an authentic Scottish welcome awaits. This will be our base for the next three nights. On arrival at your room, your luggage should have already be transferred to your room. Following some time to relax, tonight, we enjoy dinner in the hotel restaurant. Included Meals - Breakfast, Waverley Lunch Voucher & Dinner



WEDNESDAY - This morning following breakfast, we come to another highlight of this very special tour, as we journey to the Isle of Bute.

Today we head south to Colintraive, where we take the short ferry crossing to Rhubodach on the Isle of Bute. From there we journey to Mount Stuart, which was the ancestral home of the Marquess of Bute. Mount Stuart is a 19th century country manor house with extensive gardens on the Isle of Bute. The spectacular Gothic house Mount Stuart is an award-winning attraction featuring magnificent Victorian Gothic architecture and design together with contemporary craftsmanship, surrounded by 300 acres of gloriously maintained grounds and gardens. On arrival, we have included a private guided tour lasting one hour, after which, you will have time to enjoy the wider estate at leisure.

This afternoon, in true TML style, we include a traditional afternoon tea at Mount Stuart, which we feel is the perfect setting to host such an occasion, on this special anniversary tour. We then board the ferry back to the mainland & say farewell to the Isle of Bute. On arrival back on the mainland, we travel back to our hotel in Inveraray, with time at leisure before dinner. THURSDAY - This morning following a leisurely breakfast we allow you a free day to explore Inveraray. Key buildings that are worth visiting include the neoclassical church, and Inveraray Jail and courthouse, now an award-winning museum that graphically recounts prison conditions from medieval times up until the 19th century. Alternatively, you may wish to take advantage of the hotels Spa facilities and treat yourself to a spa day or treatment (extra charges apply). Late afternoon, we depart Inveraray for the coastal town of Oban and the 4* Crerar Oban Bay Hotel, who are hosting tonight's Anniversary Dinner. Following our Anniversary Dinner, we return to Inveraray & the 4* Loch Fyne Hotel for our final night in Scotland. Included Meals - Breakfast & Anniversary Dinner



FRIDAY - We enjoy one last breakfast before we say farewell to the 4* Loch Fyne Hotel & Spa, Inveraray. However, your holiday is not over yet because we have included a ‘farewell’ cruise on Loch Lomond together with tea/coffee & shortbread, whilst savouring magnificent scenery. Late morning, following our cruise, we continue our journey taking the memories of this very special Scenic Scotland SELECT Anniversary Tour home with us*. We arrive back at your original departure point late afternoon/evening. Included Meals - Breakfast & Morning Coffee/Tea with Shortbread
